Used for dusting trees and sets, Paper Snow Frost will leave a fine layer of soft white powder creating a fallen snow effect. Misting items with a little water before use will help to set the effect. Adding a layer of Ice Sparkle or Fantasy Ice Sparkle from our glitter range will enhance the effect.
One 20kg bag will cover up to 100 square metres with a fine layer.
