At the roundabout take follow the exit signs for services & Cardiff gate.
Keep right and continue to Malthouse Avenue.
At the roundabout Take the 2nd exit to Malthouse Avenue.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit.
Regus Offices will be on the left, park and contact MTFX/Reception.
